Role: GenAI Engineer – Agentic Test Solutions
Location: Hyderabad | Bangalore | Chennai | Pune | Hybrid – 2 Days WFO & 3 Days WFH | Rotational Shifts
Experience
- 3–5 years
- Strong hands-on Python experience
- Experience in Agentic Test Solutions
- Understanding of Agent Traces / Agent Observability
Responsibilities
- Design and build the Pattern Recommender and Novel-Pattern Detector
- Develop a Config-Driven Generator Engine for automated pipeline creation
- Author and maintain the Vectorization Strategy Catalog using YAML
- Build pipeline templates for Text, Structured, DICOM, and Knowledge Graph patterns
- Develop the CodeGen Skill Pack for automated pipeline and IaC generation
- Apply prompt engineering best practices to optimize LLM performance
- Work with reusable GenAI patterns and strategy catalogs
Additional Responsibilities
- Rotational shifts
- Work in a hybrid mode with 2 days in office and 3 days work from home
