Job Summary

We are looking for experienced Oracle Fusion HCM Consultants with hands-on experience in any one of the following modules: Compensation, Benefits, or Oracle Time and Labor (OTL).

The candidate should have strong experience in Oracle Fusion HCM configuration, implementation, support and troubleshooting. Candidates with expertise in any one module are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities
- Configure Oracle Fusion HCM based on business requirements
- Analyze functional requirements and provide appropriate solutions
- Perform configuration, testing and deployment activities
- Troubleshoot functional issues and provide root-cause analysis
- Support implementation, enhancement and production support activities
- Work with business users and technical/functional teams
- Prepare functional documentation and test scenarios
- Participate in UAT and issue resolution
- Support Oracle Fusion quarterly updates and enhancements

Desired Skills
- Strong hands-on experience in any one of Compensation / Benefits / OTL
- Good understanding of Oracle Fusion HCM
- Experience in implementation and/or production support
- Knowledge of HCM integrations is an added advantage
- Good analytical and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and with cross-functional teams

Candidate Profile
- 3–12 years of overall experience
- Relevant Oracle Fusion HCM experience
- Any one module experience is mandatory: Compensation / Benefits / OTL
- Candidates willing to attend Face-to-Face interview in Bengaluru on 5th September 2026
- Immediate/short-term joiners preferred
