Job Summary
We are looking for experienced Oracle Fusion HCM Technical Consultants with solid hands-on experience in Oracle HCM Extracts and/or Fast Formula.
The ideal candidate should have experience in developing, configuring, testing and supporting Oracle Fusion HCM technical solutions. Candidates with expertise in either HCM Extracts, Fast Formula, or both are encouraged to apply.

Technical Responsibilities
- Develop and support Oracle Fusion HCM Extracts
- Create and maintain Fast Formulas based on business requirements
- Analyze technical requirements and translate them into Oracle Fusion HCM solutions
- Develop, modify and troubleshoot HCM technical components
- Perform unit testing, integration testing and defect resolution
- Troubleshoot production issues and provide root-cause analysis
- Work closely with functional consultants and business stakeholders
- Prepare technical documentation and support deployment activities
- Support enhancements and production support activities
- Participate in Oracle Fusion quarterly updates and impact analysis
HCM Extracts
- Experience developing and maintaining HCM Extracts
- Extract definitions, records, attributes and data groups
- Experience with extract delivery options and output formats
- Experience with XML/CSV or other output formats
- Knowledge of HCM Extract troubleshooting and performance optimization
Fast Formula
- Strong experience in developing and maintaining Oracle Fast Formulas
- Experience with formula types relevant to HCM modules
- Debugging and troubleshooting Fast Formula issues
- Ability to understand business requirements and convert them into formulas
- Knowledge of HCM database items, inputs and contexts

- Experience working with multiple Fusion HCM modules
Candidate Profile
- 5–12 years of experience in Oracle Fusion HCM Technical
- Hands-on experience in HCM Extract OR Fast Formula OR both
- Strong Oracle Fusion HCM technical knowledge
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills
- Good communication and stakeholder-management skills
- Candidates willing to attend Face-to-Face interview in Bengaluru on 5th September 2026
