Job Summary

We are looking for experienced Oracle Fusion HCM Consultants with strong hands-on experience in any one or more of the following areas: Oracle Recruiting Cloud (ORC), Redwood, Payroll, HCM Security, or Oracle Learning Cloud (OLC).

The ideal candidate should have robust experience in Oracle Fusion HCM implementation, configuration, support, enhancement and troubleshooting. Candidates with expertise in any one of the mentioned modules are encouraged to apply.

Required Skills

- 5–12 years of overall experience in Oracle Fusion HCM
- Strong hands-on experience in at least one of the following:

- Oracle Recruiting Cloud (ORC)
- Redwood / Redwood UX for HCM

- Oracle Fusion Payroll

- Oracle Fusion HCM Security

- Oracle Learning Cloud (OLC)
- Experience in Oracle Fusion HCM implementation, configuration and support
- Good understanding of HCM business processes and functional setups
- Experience in requirement gathering, configuration, testing and issue resolution
- Ability to work with business stakeholders and technical/functional teams
- Experience in production support, enhancements and troubleshooting
- Good communication and analytical skills

Module-Specific Experience ORC – Oracle Recruiting Cloud

- Recruiting configuration and business processes
- Job requisitions, candidate management and recruiting workflows
- Recruiting security and approvals
- Experience with recruiting-related integrations is an advantage

Redwood

- Hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion HCM Redwood pages
- Redwood adoption/configuration and troubleshooting
- Understanding of HCM roles, privileges and security for Redwood pages

Payroll

- Oracle Fusion Cloud Payroll configuration/support
- Payroll flows, elements,



balances and payroll processes
- Payroll security and troubleshooting
- Knowledge of payroll integrations is an advantage

HCM Security

- HCM role-based security and Security Console
- Job, Abstract, Duty and Data Roles
- Security Profiles and data access
- User provisioning, role assignment and troubleshooting
- Experience with payroll/HCM security is an advantage

OLC – Oracle Learning Cloud

- Learning Cloud configuration and administration
- Learning catalog, courses, offerings and activities
- Learning assignments and learner management
- Learning security and workflows

Responsibilities
- Configure and support Oracle Fusion HCM applications based on business requirements
- Analyze functional requirements and provide appropriate HCM solutions
- Perform configuration, testing and deployment activities
- Troubleshoot production issues and provide root-cause analysis
- Work closely with business users, functional teams and technical teams
- Prepare functional documentation and support testing activities
- Participate in implementation, enhancement and support projects
- Ensure solutions follow Oracle Fusion HCM best practices

Preferred Skills
- Oracle Fusion HCM implementation/support experience
- Experience working in enterprise/global HCM environments
- Knowledge of HCM integrations, HDL/HSDL, REST/SOAP or reporting is an added advantage
- Experience with quarterly Oracle Fusion updates is preferred
- Knowledge of Redwood adoption and security is an advantage

Candidate Profile
- 5–12 years of relevant Oracle Fusion HCM experience
- Strong hands-on expertise in any one module: ORC / Redwood / Payroll / Security / OLC
- Immediate to short-term joiners preferred
- Candidates must be willing to attend a Face-to-Face interview in Bengaluru on 5th September
- Good communication and stakeholder-management skills
