We are looking for an experienced Functional Engineer / Business Analyst to support and enhance enterprise applications within the Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) domain. The role involves collaborating with business stakeholders, IT teams, and external vendors to understand business requirements, design functional solutions, and drive successful delivery of application enhancements. Based on requirements from Functional Engineer Formulations.

The ideal candidate should possess robust business analysis capabilities, expertise in PLM applications, and experience working with Azure DevOps, APIs, and integrated enterprise environments.

Key Responsibilities

- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
- Translate business needs into functional specifications and user stories.
- Work closely with development teams, vendors, and business stakeholders to deliver effective solutions.
- Support end-to-end project activities including design, testing, deployment, and stabilization.
- Coordinate SIT/UAT testing and manage defect resolution.
- Analyze incidents, identify root causes, and support issue resolution.
- Assess system impacts, dependencies, and integration requirements.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives and application enhancements.
- Work on API integrations and cross-system business processes.




- Manage requirements and delivery activities through Azure DevOps or similar tools.

Required Skills

- Hands-on experience with PLM tools (Infor Optiva, ASD ProductVision, or similar platforms preferred).
- Strong Business Analysis and Requirements Gathering experience.
- Expertise in documenting functional requirements, user stories, and test scenarios.
- Experience with Azure DevOps, Jira, ServiceNow, or similar delivery tools.
- Understanding of APIs, integrations, and data validation concepts.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Experience working in enterprise application environments.
- Knowledge of SQL/Data Analysis concepts.
- Ability to work effectively in Agile and/or Waterfall projects.

Preferred Skills

- Exposure to REST APIs, .NET applications, JavaScript, or PowerShell.
- Experience in Product Lifecycle Management, R&D;, Manufacturing, or Regulatory environments.
- Understanding of BPMN, UML, ERD, or other process modeling techniques.
- Experience managing end-to-end business processes across integrated systems.

Education

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, Business Management, or related field.
