Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled and motivated Java Full Stack Developer with 17 years of experience to join our development team. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience in Java, Spring Boot, and React.js, with a good understanding of full-stack application development.

The candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, testing, and maintaining scalable web applications while working closely with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and maintain robust and scalable web applications using Java, Spring Boot, and React.js.
- Develop and integrate RESTful APIs and backend services using Spring Boot.
- Build responsive and user-friendly front-end applications using React.js, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
- Write clean, maintainable, reusable, and efficient code following development best practices.
- Work with relational databases such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, Oracle, or similar databases.
- Perform unit testing, debugging, troubleshooting, and performance optimization.
- Integrate front-end applications with backend REST APIs.
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to improving application quality and development standards.
- Collaborate with product managers, business analysts, QA engineers, and other developers.
- Troubleshoot production issues and provide timely resolutions.
- Follow Agile/Scrum methodologies and participate in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
- Contribute to technical design,



documentation, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Required Skills

- 1–7 years of professional software development experience.
- Strong programming knowledge in Core Java.
- Hands-on experience with Spring Boot and Spring ecosystem.
- Strong experience developing REST APIs / Microservices.
- Hands-on experience with React.js.
- Good knowledge of JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
- Robust understanding of SQL and relational databases.
- Good understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP), Collections, Exception Handling, and Multithreading.
- Familiarity with Git and version-control practices.
- Good understanding of software development and debugging practices.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Good to Have

- Experience with Microservices architecture.
- Knowledge of Spring Security / JWT / OAuth2.
- Experience with Docker and Kubernetes.
- Familiarity with AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Experience with Kafka or other messaging technologies.
- Knowledge of CI/CD tools and DevOps practices.
- Experience with JUnit, Mockito, or other testing frameworks.
- Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.

Education Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
