As a Senior Developer, you are an expert at contributing to different phases of the consulting lifecycle. You will be intensely involved in; you will define the problem, propose and refine the solution. You will also play an significant role in the development, configuration and deployment of the overall solution. You will guide teams on project processes, deliverables and contribute to the proposal development, client training and internal capability-building and help detail the project scope.

You will have the opportunity to shape value-adding consulting solutions that enable our clients to meet the changing needs of the global landscape.

Responsibilities:

- Architect & Build: End-to-end development of low-latency, highly available web applications and microservices using the MEAN stack and Java/J2EE enterprise frameworks.
- Modern Frontend & Headless CMS: Build modular, state-managed Angular interfaces optimized for performance, security, and integration with headless CMS architectures (Magnolia classic + headless).
- AI-Assisted Engineering: Leverage GitHub Copilot and modern AI tools to accelerate development cycles and optimize code quality.
- Technical Leadership: Guide sprint planning, conduct code reviews, mentor junior engineers, evaluate technical risks, and manage dependency timelines.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner directly with product managers, UX designers, and QA teams to refine features from concept to production.
- Quality & Performance:



Author robust unit/integration test suites (Jest/Jasmine/Karma), optimize RESTful/GraphQL APIs, and audit application bottlenecks.

Must-Have Technical Expertise:

- Total Experience: 7+ years of core web application engineering experience.
- Frontend Mastery: 5+ years of deep Angular experience (TypeScript, state management, component reusability, SSR, performance tuning, and security best practices).
- Backend Proficiency: 5+ years building backend services, RESTful APIs, and MongoDB architectures using Node.js and Express.js.
- Enterprise Java: Solid background in enterprise software analysis, design, and implementation using Java/J2EE technologies.
- Headless CMS & E-Commerce: Practical experience integrating modern headless CMS platforms (specifically Magnolia classic + headless) within e-commerce environments.
- AI Tooling: Hands-on experience using GitHub Copilot in daily engineering workflows.
- Testing & Docs: Proven ability to write clean documentation and unit/integration tests using Jest, Jasmine, or Karma.

Nice-to-Have:

- Experience working with GraphQL schemas and queries.
- Background in web server optimization, CI/CD pipelines, and enterprise security standards.
