? Hiring: Lead MERN Stack Developer – AI

We are looking for an experienced Lead MERN Stack Developer with strong expertise in MERN stack, AI/LLM integration, cloud technologies, and enterprise application development.

? Experience: 10+ Years (Minimum 4 years of Lead experience mandatory; strictly no profiles below 10 years)

? Location: Pan India (No Relocation)

? Responsibilities:

- Lead the development of scalable full-stack applications using the MERN stack.
- Design and implement solutions for document ingestion, processing, and unstructured data management.
- Lead the integration of AI and LLM capabilities into enterprise applications.
- Drive technical design, coding standards, reusable frameworks, and best practices.
- Manage end-to-end feature ownership from development through deployment.
- Mentor developers and collaborate with global teams across development, AI, cloud, and product functions.

? Mandatory Skills:
- React.js / TypeScript
- Node.js – NestJS / Express
- MongoDB / NoSQL
- Python
- REST APIs & Web Security
- AI / LLM Integration & Prompt Engineering
- Technical Leadership / Team Lead experience – Minimum 4 years

- AWS / Azure cloud experience.
- Terraform / CloudFormation.

- Vector databases such as Pinecone, Milvus, Weaviate, or FAISS.
