About the Role -:

We are looking for a passionate Full Stack Engineer who enjoys building scalable, high performance applications and solving real-world problems with modern technologies.

In this role, you will work across the entire technology stack, developing responsive front end interfaces and robust backend services while collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver reliable and scalable solutions.

You will play a key role in designing up-to-date microservices architectures, real-time systems, and cloud-native applications that support high-traffic platforms.

A large part of this work centres on our Learning Management System (LMS) platform course delivery, assessments, certifications, and learner analytics used by thousands of learners, instructors, and institutions.

What You'll Do

Build Scalable Applications

Develop high-performance full-stack applications using React.js, Next.js, and Spring Boot.

Design clean and maintainable APIs and backend services.

Modern Frontend Architecture

Implement Microfrontend architecture using Webpack Module Federation to enable modular development and independent deployments.

Build responsive, reusable, and maintainable UI components.

Event-Driven Systems

Implement real-time communication features using WebSockets.

Develop event-driven microservices using Apache Kafka.

Learning Management System (LMS)

Build and extend core LMS modules course authoring, content delivery,

assessments, certifications, and learner progress tracking.

Integrate learning standards such as SCORM, XAPI (Tin Can), and LTI with third-party content providers and tools.

Implement video streaming, live classes, and secure content delivery that stay reliable under high concurrent learner load.





Design role-based access and multi-tenant workflows for learners, instructors, and administrators.

Data & Reporting Platforms

Design dynamic multi-tenant reporting systems capable of handling large datasets efficiently.

Optimize database queries and reporting pipelines.

Cloud & DevOps

Deploy and manage cloud-native applications on AWS and Azure.

Implement automated CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins and GitLab.

Support scalable and reliable production deployments.

Integration & APIs

Integrate third-party APIs and enterprise systems, including social platforms and IVR solutions.

Ensure secure and reliable system communication.

Engineering Excellence .

Follow SOLID principles, clean code practices, and proper documentation standards.

Conduct code reviews and contribute to improving engineering best practices.

Mentor junior developers and collaborate within Agile teams.

3+ years of experience building full-stack web applications

Experience working in Agile development environments.
