About the Role

We're looking for a Full Stack Engineer to join our engineering team at Perimattic, working across backend services, frontend interfaces, and cloud infrastructure for our client and product projects. This is a hands-on role for someone comfortable moving between multiple languages and frameworks, architecting scalable serverless systems, and owning features end-to-end from database design to the interface users actually interact with. You'll be working with a modern, varied stack that spans AWS serverless architecture, multi-language backend development, and Vue.js on the frontend.

Key Responsibilities

Backend & Cloud

- Design, build, and deploy serverless applications and functions using AWS Lambda
- Architect and maintain backend services using PHP, Node.js, and Python, choosing the right tool for each use case
- Build and maintain asynchronous processing pipelines using AWS SQS and similar queueing systems
- Design, implement, and consume RESTful APIs for internal and client-facing use cases
- Build and maintain middleware layers that connect services, handle authentication, and manage data flow across the stack

Data & Automation

- Design and manage databases across PostgreSQL, MySQL, and DynamoDB, choosing the right database type for the use case (relational vs. NoSQL)
- Build web scraping and data automation solutions using Python and/or Node.js for client and internal use cases
- Optimize queries and database structure for performance and scalability

Frontend

- Build responsive, functional frontend interfaces using Vue.js and related frameworks
- Collaborate with design/product to translate requirements into working UI
- Ensure frontend-backend integration is smooth, well-tested, and performant

Collaboration & Process





- Use GitHub for version control, branching, pull requests, and code reviews
- Participate in sprint planning, stand-ups, and technical discussions with the team
- Debug, troubleshoot, and resolve issues across the full stack, from infrastructure to UI
- Write clean, maintainable, well-documented code

Requirements

- 2-4 years of hands-on full-stack development experience
- Proven, hands-on experience with AWS Lambda and serverless architecture (not just theoretical knowledge)
- Strong proficiency in at least two of: PHP, Node.js, Python
- Working experience with Vue.js or a similar modern frontend framework (React/Angular experience considered with willingness to work in Vue)
- Solid understanding of REST API design and implementation
- Familiarity with AWS SQS or similar message queue/pub-sub systems
- Working knowledge of both relational (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and NoSQL (DynamoDB) databases
- Understanding of middleware architecture and how to implement it cleanly
- Proficient with Git/GitHub workflows, including PRs and code review practices
- Strong debugging and problem-solving skills across the stack

Good to Have

- Experience with web scraping frameworks/libraries (BeautifulSoup, Scrapy, Puppeteer, etc.)
- Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and AWS deployment workflows beyond Lambda (API Gateway, S3, CloudWatch)
- Prior experience working in a client-services/IT consulting environment, handling multiple concurrent projects

Work Details

- Location: On-site, Jaipur (work from office)
- Shifts: Rotational - 3 shifts on a monthly rotation
- Experience Level: 3-4 years
