IGEN World Ecosystem is looking for an exceptional Deputy CTO to build and scale www.indiaglobalexpo.com into an AI-native Global EXIM Listing, Discovery, Matchmaking & Lead Generation Platform.

This is NOT an event-website or conventional IT role. It is a lifetime opportunity for a hands-on Product Engineer + Technology Entrepreneur to build a completely new digital infrastructure for global Exporters, Importers, Buyers, Products and Exhibitions.

Create a platform where an exporter can digitally showcase products to global buyers—and an importer can intelligently discover the right suppliers, products and exhibitions.

? WHAT YOU WILL OWN

- Architect and develop the MERN-based global EXIM platform
- Build scalable Exporter, Importer, Company, Product & Exhibition Listings
- Develop AI-powered EXIM Search & Product Discovery
- Engineer AI Exporter ↔ Importer matchmaking and recommendation engines
- Build AI-powered Digital Exhibitor Booths and Online Expo experiences
- Develop country, industry, product and market discovery technology
- Build secure APIs, microservices, CRM and lead-generation infrastructure
- Implement AI/MCP-enabled tools and intelligent business workflows
- Architect cloud infrastructure for global scale, speed, security and reliability
- Build analytics to measure discovery, enquiries, leads and commercial conversions
- Lead Product Engineering from concept → architecture → development → deployment → scale

? YOU MUST HAVE

5+ years hands-on Product Engineering experience in:

MERN | Node.js | React | MongoDB | Microservices | APIs | AI/LLM | MCP | Cloud | CRM | Listing/Marketplace Platforms

Experience in B2B, Marketplace, EXIM, E-commerce, Procurement, Digital Directory, Search or AI platforms is highly desirable.

Role Description This is a full-time,



on-site role based in the Greater Bengaluru Area for a Full Stack Engineer focused on building the IGEN EXPO & Listing Web Platform. The engineer will design, develop, and maintain a microservices-based MERN (MongoDB, Express.js, React, Node.js) web platform, including scalable APIs, backend services, and front-end user interfaces for exhibitors, buyers, and B2B readers.

Day-to-day tasks include architecting and implementing secure, high-performance backend services, developing responsive front-end components, integrating AI-driven features through prompt engineering, and ensuring reliable data flows across IGEN’s platforms. The role involves collaborating with product, design, and content teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions, improving existing features, and maintaining code quality, testing, and documentation. The engineer will also monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and contribute to continuous improvement of the overall technology stack.

Qualifications

- AI MCP TECH for World's First Online EXPO PLATFORM for Exporters and Importers
- Strong Back-End Web Development skills, including Node.js, Express.js, RESTful APIs, microservices architecture, and database design (MongoDB or similar).
- Proficiency in Front-End Development using React, JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML, and Cascading Style Sheets (CSS) for responsive, accessible user interfaces.
- Experience in Software Development and Full-Stack Development, with a track record of building and deploying scalable web applications on modern cloud infrastructure.
- Hands-on experience with AI prompt engineering and integrating AI/ML-powered features into web platforms.
- Minimum 5 years of qualified experience as a Full Stack Engineer or similar role, preferably in B2B, SaaS, or content/expo platforms.
- Familiarity with version control (Git), CI/CD pipelines, testing frameworks, security best practices, and performance optimization.
