Role: Full Technology / Full-Stack Head

We are looking for a highly experienced Full-Stack Developer / Tech Head who can manage projects end-to-end — from idea and architecture to development, deployment, security, maintenance, and global scaling.

Key Responsibilities

- Understand business requirements and convert them into technology solutions.
- Design complete application and system architecture.
- Develop and manage front-end and back-end applications.
- Handle databases, APIs, integrations and third-party services.
- Build scalable and secure web/mobile platforms.
- Manage cloud infrastructure, hosting and deployment.
- Handle DevOps, CI/CD, monitoring and production environments.
- Implement authentication, authorization and application security.
- Optimize application performance and scalability.
- Manage source code, repositories, development standards and documentation.
- Identify and resolve technical issues independently.
- Take complete responsibility for production systems.
- Plan technology roadmaps according to business growth.
- Evaluate and implement appropriate new technologies.
- Lead and coordinate future developers and technical teams.
- Establish coding standards, development processes and quality controls.
- Handle technology vendors, integrations and external technical partners when required.
- Ensure systems are designed for future international expansion.
- Take ownership of projects from zero → development → testing → deployment → production → scaling.

The ideal candidate should have:

- Minimum 10 years of strong technology experience
- Robust full-stack development experience
- Strong understanding of software architecture
- Experience handling complete projects independently




- Experience with production-level applications
- Strong database knowledge
- API and third-party integration experience
- Cloud and deployment experience
- Security awareness
- DevOps / CI-CD knowledge
- Strong debugging and problem-solving skills
- Experience managing technical teams is an advantage
- Startup experience is highly valuable
- Experience building products from scratch is highly preferred
- International/global product experience is an advantage

Education & Technical Background

Candidates with a strong technology/engineering/computer science educational background are highly welcome.

Compensation Philosophy

Because we are currently an early-stage company, the initial salary package may be lower than established corporate/enterprise market salaries.
