About Enrich Labs

We're a venture studio, and we build the products that sales, marketing, and GTM teams run their outreach and operations on. Everything we ship is our own. Three products are live and growing: InboxKit for email infrastructure, Enrich.so for lead data, and our sending platform for running campaigns at volume. More than thousands of customers across the globe use them to find the right people, reach them, and keep the whole machine running.

It looks simple on the outside, but it's a hard problem underneath. The infrastructure has to be right the first time, at scale, against systems we don't control, and a single mistake can take weeks to undo. Agencies and outbound teams trust us with infrastructure their business depends on.

The Role

You'll own features from start to finish, both the backend and the frontend. We're a small team, so if you build something, you're also the one who fixes it when it breaks.

You'll also have a real say in what gets built. Not just picking up tickets, but helping plan what we ship next across the studio, testing it properly before it goes out, pushing it to production for 10,000+ customers, and then staying with it long enough to know whether they actually got value from it. A feature that ships and nobody uses is a feature that failed.

We're open on experience level. Someone junior who thinks clearly is more valuable to us than someone senior who's coasting.

What You'll Work On

- New features across our products, from a rough idea to something live in front of 10,000+ customers, including the judgement call about whether it's worth building at all.
- Automation that runs at scale,



the systems that do in seconds what would otherwise take a customer days of manual setup.
- Monitoring and reliability, catching problems before a customer notices, and sending alerts that are actually useful rather than noise.
- The interfaces customers live in, dashboards and flows that make something genuinely complicated feel obvious.
- Our public API and integrations, the webhooks and 24+ tool connections customers build their workflows on.

What We're Looking For

- You understand how the internet actually works. This is the most important part of the job. You know how DNS, HTTP, proxies, and TLS work, and you understand why things load slowly. You can look at a network trace and figure out what happened, and you've fixed problems that needed this kind of knowledge, not just worked at a level above it.
- You're curious about how things break. You think about how a feature could be misused while you're still building it. Maybe you've done CTFs, bug bounties, or authorised security testing, or you just enjoy reading about how things went wrong elsewhere. If you've ever found a bug in someone else's product, you reported it the right way. That matters to us as much as the curiosity itself.
- You can build a full feature, start to finish. You've taken something from a blank file to a live product, and kept it running afterward. You're equally comfortable with backend and frontend work,



and you don't need someone else to hand things off to you.
- You ask why before how. You talk about your work in terms of what it did for users, not just tasks you finished. You've said no to building something before, and you know how to cut scope to ship on time.
- You have good taste. You can look at a screen and say exactly what's wrong with it. You think about the boring parts too, the loading, the empty states, the errors, the slow connections, because that's where real products are tested.
- You build things on your own, just because you're curious. This isn't about how much free time you have. Plenty of great engineers have full lives outside work. We just want to see that curiosity somewhere.

Good to Have

- MERN stack (MongoDB, Express, React, Node), a good part of our product surface is built on it.
- Next.js or similar modern frontend tools, actually built with them, not just read about them.
- Better Auth, or real work with logins, sessions, and tokens.
- Golang, helpful for our backend, and easy to learn if you think clearly.
- Browser automation like Playwright or Puppeteer, useful for a lot of our setup work.
- None of these are dealbreakers. We'd rather hire someone with solid networking instincts and no Go experience than the other way around.

What We Don't Care About Your degree, or not having one. Where you worked before. How many years you've used a specific tool. GitHub stars. Gaps in your resume. How smoothly you interview, we care about how clearly you think, not how polished you sound.
