About the Role

Key Responsibilities

- Attend to customer enquiries through phone, email, WhatsApp and website.
- Welcome and assist visitors at the office professionally.
- Make follow-up calls to prospective and existing customers.
- Maintain enquiry details and customer records.
- Coordinate with the sales, SEO, and marketing teams.
- Follow up with leads and update their status regularly.
- Assist with social media activities and online marketing.
- Support lead generation and promotional activities.
- Assist in preparing social media posts and basic marketing content.
- Prepare daily/weekly reports on enquiries, leads and follow-ups.
- Handle general front office and administrative coordination as required.

Skills Qualifications

- Excellent communication skills in English and Tamil.
- Confident and professional telephone communication.
- Good customer-handling and follow-up skills.
- Basic knowledge of computers, email and Office.
- Familiarity with Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn and WhatsApp.
- Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Ability to communicate professionally with customers.

Preferred Skills Basic knowledge of Digital Marketing, lead generation and customer follow-up, Social Media Marketing and Customer Relationship Management (CRM)



will be an advantage.

Previous experience in front office, telecalling, sales support or marketing will also be an advantage.
