About the Role
We are looking for a Services-focused Sales Specialist to drive enterprise adoption of Day2Work — our AI-driven Day-2 Network Operations model.
This is not a product-selling role. The ideal candidate should have deep experience in Managed Services, NOC environments, and consultative enterprise selling.
You will work closely with the Day2 Business Leader to build pipeline, engage enterprise accounts, identify operational opportunities, and drive them through to closure.
Key Responsibilities
Drive enterprise sales conversations around Day-2 operational maturity.
Position AI-enabled NOC models against traditional MSP models.
Engage CIOs, IT Heads, Infrastructure Leaders, and enterprise decision-makers.
Identify multi-site and distributed enterprise prospects.
Build, manage, and convert the enterprise services sales pipeline.
Support RFP/RFQ responses and commercial structuring.
Coordinate technical demonstrations and customer workshops.
Work closely with pre-sales and delivery teams for solution alignment.
Drive multi-year Managed Services contracts.
Mandatory Requirements
4+ years of end-to-end B2B enterprise sales experience in one or more of the following:
Managed Services / Managed Services Sales
NOC Services Sales
Infrastructure Managed Services Sales
Network Services Sales
AI-enabled Service Solutions
Enterprise IT Services Sales
Robust experience selling solutions within enterprise networking environments, including:
Wireless
Switching
Firewalls
WAN
Basic understanding of ITIL and operational governance concepts.
Solid consultative and value-based selling experience, with the ability to position Managed Services, NOC Services, AI-enabled solutions, and enterprise operational outcomes.
Proven experience engaging with CIOs, IT Heads, Infrastructure Heads, Network Teams, and enterprise decision-makers to understand operational challenges and recommend suit
