Role Description The Front Line Sales Manager (Cross Sell) is a full-time, in office role based in Gurugram. This role is responsible for driving cross-sell of life insurance products to existing and new customers through branch and partner channels, ensuring achievement of sales targets and growth metrics. The role involves close coordination with CET (operations)



to identify cross-sell opportunities, conduct customer meetings, and deliver need-based solutions.

Ctc - 2.5 lakh - 4.5 lakh

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong sales and business development skills, including target achievement, cross-selling, and pipeline management.
- Candidates should possess relationship management skills, including stakeholder coordination, customer engagement, and partner handling.
- Candidates should possess analytical and reporting skills, including use of MIS, basic data analysis, and decision-making based on performance metrics.
- Candidates should possess communication and interpersonal skills, including clear verbal and written communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
- Prior experience in life insurance, banking, or financial services sales, particularly in branch-led or partner-led distribution, is highly beneficial.
- A graduate degree in any discipline.
- Comfort working on-site in Gurugram, with readiness for field travel within assigned branches or partner locations as needed.
