We are looking for a smart, guest-focused Guest Service Associate (GSA) to join our hotel team. The ideal candidate should be well-groomed, courteous, energetic, and passionate about delivering excellent guest experiences.
Key Responsibilities -
*Welcome and assist guests with warmth and professionalism.
*Handle check-in, check-out, reservations, and guest requests.
*Manage guest queries and resolve concerns promptly.
- Coordinate with Housekeeping, F&B;, and other departments.
- Maintain accurate guest records and ensure smooth front-office operations.
*Support upselling and revenue-generation initiatives.
Candidate Profile
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
(Good fluency in English )
Positive attitude and strong customer-service orientation.
Computer knowledge must ( excel, email handling) provicency in PMS would be additional advantage
Presentable, proactive, and willing to work in shifts.
Hotel management qualification preferred ( but not mandatory)
