Job Location: DNA Labs India At Uppal Branch (Near Uppal Metro)

Role & responsibilities

Manage the reception area or Support staff will handle customer over phone, welcome visitors warmly, and route incoming calls efficiently using the telephone operating system. Deliver high-quality customer care, customer service, and customer support daily during inbound and outbound telecalling. Execute successful appointment generation and focus heavily on fixing appointments for customers across India.

Follow up with patients in advance once booking is done to provide schedule updates and share vital instructions. Conduct initial client intake counselling using foundational knowledge in nutrition and psychology to guide patients comfortably.



Ensure the primary job is complete once the patient arrives at the front office, receives assistance at the front desk, and successfully gives their sample.

Preferred candidate profile

- Education: Degree in Psychology, Nutrition, or Any graduate Must be fluent in English , Hindi or Tamil or Malayalam
- Experience: Fresher
- Languages: Fluency in English then Hindi or Tamil, or Malayalam is highly preferred to support nationwide patients.
