Role Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and engaging French Language Instructor for an on-site, full time position at our learning center. In this role, you will lead daily in-person classes for beginner and intermediate students, utilizing our core practice-oriented teaching methodology (80% interactive practice, 20% theory) to drive rapid fluency and confidence.

Key Responsibilities

- In-Person Classroom Delivery: Conduct structured, energetic daily classes (A1-B1 levels) at our center, managing classroom dynamics and student participation effectively.
- Practice-Driven Execution: Prioritize conversational drills, role-plays, vocabulary practice, and live translation exercises over traditional, lecture-heavy grammar instruction.
- Student Evaluation: Track individual learning curves, conduct routine assessments, and provide clear feedback to ensure students meet their proficiency targets.
- Curriculum Support: Assist the academic team in organizing on-site study materials, worksheets, and plug-and-play classroom activities.
- Student Mentorship: Foster a supportive, immersive French-speaking environment on campus to maximize learner retention and engagement.





Candidate Requirements

- Certification: Mandatory minimum B1 or B2 level certification (DELF) or equivalent documented fluency in French.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal communication skills in English and Hindi to bridge foundational concepts for Indian learners.
- Experience Level: Freshers with the requisite language certification are strongly encouraged to apply; prior teaching experience is an advantage but not mandatory.
- Work Arrangement: Must be fully available to work on-site at our designated office/facility.
- Core Attributes: High energy, immense patience, and a natural ability to break down complex grammatical concepts into simple, digestible pieces.
