Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and target-oriented Agri Inside Sales Executive to handle customer enquiries, generate leads through calls and WhatsApp, understand farmers' requirements, recommend suitable agricultural products/machinery, and convert enquiries into confirmed orders. Similar agri-inside-sales roles emphasize inbound/outbound farmer calls, requirement understanding, product recommendation, CRM follow-up, and sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle inbound and outbound calls from farmers, dealers, distributors and customers.
- Generate and follow up on leads through phone calls, WhatsApp, IndiaMART, website and other online channels.
- Understand customer/farmer requirements and recommend suitable agricultural products and farm machinery.
- Explain product features, specifications, benefits,



pricing and usage clearly.
- Share product photos, videos, brochures and quotations through WhatsApp/email.
- Regularly follow up with interested customers and convert leads into orders and sales.
- Prepare and share quotations with customers.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, follow-ups, quotations and order status in CRM/ERP/Excel.
- Coordinate with Sales, Accounts, Dispatch and Service teams for smooth order processing.
- Handle customer queries and provide timely responses.
- Follow up until order confirmation and payment realization.
- Collect customer feedback, competitor information and market requirements.
- Achieve daily calling, follow-up and monthly sales targets.
- Maintain valuable relationships with existing customers and generate repeat business.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
