Role Description The Freight Broker role at V2U Logistics is a full-time, on-site position based in Noida.

The Freight

Broker will source and secure freight from customers, negotiate rates with carriers, and match loads to appropriate transport solutions while ensuring timely pickups and deliveries. This role involves managing daily dispatch activities, monitoring shipment status, and coordinating with internal teams and external partners to resolve issues and exceptions.

Broker will maintain strong, responsive communication with clients, carriers, and other stakeholders to provide accurate updates and high-quality service.



The position also includes developing and growing accounts, maintaining documentation for compliance, and using logistics systems for load entry, tracking, and performance reporting.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess skills in Freight Brokerage and Brokerage to negotiate rates, match loads, and manage carrier relationships.
- Candidates should possess strong Customer Service skills to handle inquiries, provide updates, and build long-term client relationships.
- Candidates should possess Dispatching skills to coordinate pickups, deliveries, and daily load movements efficiently.
- Candidates should possess Account Management skills to grow existing business, manage contracts, and maintain accurate records.
- Additional beneficial qualifications include knowledge of international and domestic freight operations, familiarity with logistics software and TMS platforms, strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, and excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- A bachelor’s degree in business, logistics, supply chain, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience in freight or logistics, is preferred.
- Ability to work in office in Noida with a focus on teamwork, integrity, and adherence to compliance and safety standards.
