About the Role We’re looking for a Freelance Branding & Identity Designer to collaborate with Jenova on upcoming client projects.

This role is ideal for someone who understands that effective branding goes beyond creating a logo. You should be able to translate strategy and positioning into a cohesive visual identity and create thoughtful brand systems that work across different touchpoints.

You’ll collaborate closely with the Jenova team throughout the branding process, from developing the creative direction to building the final identity system.

What You’ll Work On Depending on the project, your responsibilities may include:

- Understanding brand strategy, positioning, audience, and creative direction
- Developing visual concepts and creative directions
- Creating logos and complete visual identity systems
- Developing typography, colour palettes, graphic elements, and supporting visual assets
- Creating brand guidelines and identity documentation
- Designing brand applications across relevant touchpoints
- Developing packaging and other brand collateral where required
- Presenting and explaining design rationale clearly
- Refining work based on strategic and client feedback
- Maintaining consistency and quality across the complete brand system





What We’re Looking For We’re looking for someone who:

- Has a strong understanding of branding and visual identity
- Can think strategically as well as visually
- Has a robust and well-presented portfolio
- Can develop ideas from concept through execution
- Has a good eye for typography, composition, colour, and visual systems
- Can communicate design decisions and rationale effectively
- Is comfortable working collaboratively with a creative team
- Is reliable with timelines, communication, and deliverables
- Is open to feedback and can work through iterations professionally

Engagement This is a freelance, project-based collaboration.

You’ll be brought onto relevant client projects based on your skills, availability, and the requirements of each project. Compensation will be discussed based on the scope and complexity of the project.
