About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Franchise Manager to manage and grow our franchise network for sports properties and leagues. The candidate will be responsible for franchise acquisition, onboarding, relationship management, revenue generation, and ensuring smooth coordination between franchise owners and the organization.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify, approach, and onboard potential franchise partners.
- Drive franchise sales and achieve assigned revenue targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with franchise owners.
- Guide franchise partners through the onboarding and documentation process.
- Act as the primary point of contact between the organization and franchisees.
- Ensure franchise partners understand the business model, processes, guidelines, and deliverables.
- Coordinate with internal teams including operations, marketing, finance, and sales.
- Monitor franchise performance and provide regular support to improve results.
- Resolve franchisee concerns and ensure a smooth operational experience.
- Conduct meetings, presentations, and business discussions with prospective partners.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, franchise sales, payments, agreements, and partner communications.
- Travel when required for franchise meetings,



events, trials, and league operations.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Marketing, Sports Management, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in franchise sales, business development, client relationship management, or a similar role.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to generate leads and close business opportunities.
- Experience in the sports, events, entertainment, or franchise industry will be an added advantage.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to travel extensively when required.
- Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.
