Job Title: FP&A; Capability Center Lead, ADM Capability Center (ACC)

Job Summary:
- ADM is seeking an experienced FP&A; Capability Center Lead to lead the Financial Planning & Analysis organization within the ADM Capability Center (ACC) in Bengaluru. This role will provide operational leadership for the India-based FP&A; organization supporting both Corporate Functions and Business Unit FP&A; teams globally.
- The FP&A; Capability Center Lead will manage a team of 10–15 finance professionals operating within a matrixed reporting structure and will partner closely with global FP&A; leadership, India Finance leadership, and business stakeholders. The role is responsible for driving operational excellence, talent development, standardization, automation, and scalable FP&A; processes across the organization.
- This leader will play a key role in scaling the ACC, transitioning activities from global teams into India, and fostering a high-performance culture centered on continuous improvement,
ownership, agility, and business partnership. The role requires robust collaboration across global teams and regular engagement with U.S.-based stakeholders across time zones.
Key Responsibilities:
FP&A; ACC Leadership & Team Management:
- Lead the Bengaluru ACC FP&A; organization supporting Corporate Functions and Business Unit FP&A; teams globally.
- Provide day-to-day leadership for a team of approximately 10–15 FP&A; professionals within a matrixed reporting model.
- Coach, develop, and mentor FP&A; managers and analysts to build a high-performing and scalable organization.
- Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, continuous improvement, and operational excellence.
ACC Scaling & Transformation:
- Support the continued growth and scaling of the ACC FP&A; organization.
- Lead transition of FP&A; activities from global teams into India while ensuring seamless delivery and stakeholder alignment.
- Drive standardization, automation, and process improvement initiatives across FP&A; activities.
- Partner with global stakeholders to enhance operating models, governance, and service delivery.
Financial Planning & Business Partnership:
- Perform ACC planning, forecasting, reporting, and financial analysis processes.
- Support global planning, forecasting, reporting, and financial analysis processes.
- Partner with Business Unit and Corporate FP&A; leaders to provide actionable financial insights and decision support.
- Ensure timely, accurate, and consistent financial reporting and analytics.
Automation & Analytics:
- Leverage ERP systems, Hyperion, Power BI, Databricks, and other tools to improve reporting efficiency and analytical capabilities.
- Promote data-driven decision-making and automation across FP&A; processes.
- Identify opportunities to improve scalability, controls, and operational efficiency.
Stakeholder & Operational Management
- Build strong relationships with finance leadership and cross-functional stakeholders globally.
- Support governance, performance management, and delivery excellence across FP&A; operations.
- Collaborate extensively with U.S. and EMEA based stakeholders across multiple time zones.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field required; MBA, CPA, CA, or equivalent preferred.
- 15+ years of progressive FP&A; or corporate finance experience within a global organization.
- Prior experience leading teams within a shared services, GCC, or capability center environment preferred.
- Strong leadership and people management experience with proven ability to build and scale teams.
- Deep expertise in financial planning, forecasting, reporting, business partnering, and analytics.
- Experience driving finance transformation, automation, and process improvement initiatives.
- Strong systems proficiency including SAP, Hyperion, Power BI, Databricks, and advanced Excel.
- Excellent communication, executive stakeholder management, and collaboration skills.
- Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, matrixed, and evolving global environment.
