The job

You take problems off the founders' plate and close them.

Some months that's operations. Some months it's a hiring sprint, a vendor renegotiation, a funnel that stopped converting, a city that needs standing up. The scope changes. We're not going to pretend otherwise.

What doesn't change: you own outcomes with numbers attached, you spend real time in the field and not just on a laptop, and you have a very short line to the people making decisions.

You'll do well here if

- You've run something yourself. Not supported it, not advised on it. Ran it.
- 2 to 5 years in. Startup ops, consulting, field roles, or you built something of your own.
- Hindi or Kannada alongside English. Half this business doesn't happen in English.
- You move before things are clean, and you're fine being wrong in public occasionally.




- You can hold a spreadsheet and a hard conversation with equal competence.

Don't bother if
- You want a defined role.
- You want to work "on strategy." Strategy is a byproduct here.
- You need permission before you start.
- The next 12 months of cash is the main thing you're optimising for.

Money, honestly ₹5-6L to start. Doubles after your first cycle if you deliver.

Real equity, and we'll walk you through the actual numbers on the first call rather than saying "life-changing" and hoping you don't ask.

The role is built to become Chief of Staff or a functional head. That's the intent, not a promise. It depends on what you ship.
