KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Manage the Founder & MD's office end to end, including meeting preparation, correspondence and documentation

- Travel with the Founder & MD for important business meetings, industry events, plant and market visits, and own the ground plan and follow-through

- Coordinate cross-functional operations and drive every action from the Founder's office to closure
- In coordination with Director - Communication, manage PR, corporate communication, coordinate media relations, press and launch communication, awards and speaking engagements, and the Founder's content and public profile

- Build and maintain dashboards, MIS and flash reporting for the Founder

- Run market, category and competitor research on business questions the Founder wants tested

- Prepare board-quality presentations, decision notes and business summaries

- Lead special projects assigned directly by the Founder, from problem definition to implementation

- Handle confidential business, financial and people information with absolute discretion

REQUIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:





- 5 to 10 years of experience, including 3 or more years in an EA to CEO / MD, Founder's Office, Chief of Staff or Corporate Communication role

- Graduate from a reputed institute. MBA or equivalent postgraduate qualification preferred

- FMCG, Foods, D2C, QSR, retail, quick commerce or Hospitality background preferred

- Robust Excel and financial literacy, with the ability to read a P&L;, build dashboards and manage the PR.

- Sharp PowerPoint and structured storytelling, with board-ready output quality

- Excellent written and spoken English fit for external and media-facing communication.

- Experience of managing a PR agency or handling media and public-facing communication

- Proactive, high-ownership, and comfortable working with influence rather than formal authority

- Composed under pressure, discreet by default, and willing to travel frequently with the Founder
