Defmate builds sovereign AI for India's defence forces. You will be part of the Founder's Office, directly supporting the founder on new initiatives, operations, business development, proposals, research and product communication.

What you'll do
- Track and maintain the business development pipeline
- Draft proposals, capability documents and customer presentations
- Support requirement analysis and documentation for bids and tenders
- Translate technical capability into explicit customer-facing material
- Run market and competitor research to inform strategic and commercial decisions
- Automate workflows to make the team faster
- Build prototypes, drawing on your educational background
- Handle social media
- Support the founder on new initiatives and day-to-day operations
What we're looking for
- You understand how AI systems work, where they fall short, and you already use AI tools to prototype ideas and turn research into something worth reading.
- You can evaluate topics and opportunities. Look at something new and form a clear view on what is worth pursuing.
- You can work under ambiguity. Incomplete information and shifting priorities do not slow you down.
- You take ownership. You see work through from first idea to finished outcome.
