Role Description The Founder Office Intern will work closely with the founding team to support strategic and operational initiatives across the organization. Day-to-day responsibilities may include conducting market and competitor research, preparing reports and presentations, assisting with business development tasks, and helping coordinate internal projects and team communication. The intern will also support documentation, scheduling, and follow-ups related to client meetings and partnership opportunities,



while contributing to process optimization and basic data analysis.

This is an on-site internship role based in Indore, offering exposure to digital growth, product development, and startup operations.

Qualifications

- Strong research, analytical thinking, and problem-solving abilities, with the capacity to synthesize information into clear insights.
- Proficiency in written and verbal communication, including drafting emails, reports, and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
- Organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple responsibilities, and meet deadlines.
- Comfort with productivity tools and basic digital skills (e.g., spreadsheets, presentation software, collaboration platforms); interest in technology, digital marketing, or product development is a plus.
- Ability to work collaboratively on-site with cross-functional teams, demonstrate initiative, and adapt in a quick-paced startup environment.
- Current student or recent graduate in business, management, economics, engineering, or a related field preferred, or equivalent practical experience.
- Previous internship or project experience in startups, consulting, or digital businesses is beneficial but not mandatory.
