Role Description This is a remote, contract role for a Founder’s Associate. The Founder’s Associate will work closely with the founder to support strategic planning, project coordination, and execution across product, operations, and business development. Day-to-day tasks may include conducting market and customer research, preparing presentations and reports, managing internal workflows, and coordinating with partners or vendors.

The role also involves organizing meetings, tracking action items,



and helping structure processes that support the company’s growth and impact. The position is suited to someone who is comfortable wearing multiple hats, working independently, and contributing to an early-stage, mission-driven setting.

Qualifications

- Strong analytical and research skills, with the ability to synthesize information into clear insights and recommendations.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to prepare concise reports, presentations, and documentation.
- Experience in project coordination or operations support, with solid organizational and time-management abilities.
- Comfort with remote collaboration tools and productivity software (e.g., spreadsheets, slide decks, task management platforms).
- Demonstrated interest in sustainability, climate action, or consumer products, preferably with exposure to early-stage startups.
- Ability to work independently, take initiative, and adapt to evolving priorities in a fast-moving environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, design, environmental studies, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Prior experience supporting founders, leadership teams, or cross-functional projects is an advantage.
