Role Description This is a full-time, part time on-site Formulation Scientist role based in Noida.

The Formulation

Scientist will design, develop, and optimize non-hormonal therapeutic formulations for women’s health, including pre-formulation studies, stability assessments, and compatibility evaluations. Daily responsibilities include planning and executing laboratory experiments, documenting methods and results, and analyzing data to inform formulation decisions. The role also involves collaborating with R&D;, clinical, regulatory, and manufacturing teams to support technology transfer and scale-up activities.

The Formulation

Scientist will contribute to protocol development, preparation of technical reports,



and continuous improvement of laboratory practices and product performance.

Qualifications

- Hands-on experience in pharmaceutical formulation development, optimization, and troubleshooting.
- Knowledge of API–excipient compatibility, excipient selection, and formulation characterization.
- Experience with gels, nanoformulations, mucoadhesive systems, or novel drug delivery systems is preferred.
- Strong laboratory skills with experience in analytical instruments, sample preparation, and GLP/GMP practices.
- Ability to design experiments, analyze data, and optimize formulations using scientific and evidence-based approaches.
- Exposure to scale-up, process development, and technology transfer from laboratory to pilot/commercial manufacturing.
- Knowledge of stability studies, pharmaceutical quality requirements, and regulatory documentation.
- Robust technical writing, documentation, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- M.Pharm, M.Sc., or equivalent in Pharmaceutical Sciences, Chemistry, Biotechnology, or related field.
