Job Responsibilities:
Handle end-to-end US Non-IT Engineering Recruitment.
Source and screen candidates for Engineering requirements.
Coordinate interviews and manage the recruitment lifecycle.
Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified candidates.
Maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the hiring process.

Requirements:
5+ years of experience in US Staffing/Recruitment.
Strong experience in Engineering Recruitment.
Hands-on experience with Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, and other job portals.
Positive understanding of W2, C2C, and Direct Hiring.
Experience working with VMS/MSP clients will be an added advantage.
Excellent sourcing, screening, and candidate management skills.
Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced setting.

Immediate joiners are preferred. Candidates with up to 1 month notice period can also apply.
