Automation Test Engineer
nWe are looking for an Automation test engineer with experience in Playwright and AWS.
nKey responsibilities:

Design, develop, and maintain scalable automation frameworks using Playwright and TypeScript.n
Define automation solutions, framework standards, reusable components, and best practices across projects.n
Lead automation delivery for web, API, and end-to-end testing initiatives.n
Collaborate with business, development, DevOps, and client stakeholders to ensure quality outcomes.n
Leverage AWS services to support test environments, automation execution, and cloud-native testing solutions.n
Drive CI/CD implementation and test automation integration using Azure DevOps, Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or similar platforms.n
Develop and execute SQL/PLSQL queries for test data setup, validation, and backend testing.n
Mentor team members and support adoption of up-to-date automation and quality engineering practices.n




Utilize AI-powered tools and accelerators to improve automation productivity and delivery efficiency.n

nRequired Skills
n
n
7+ years of experience in Software Testing and Test Automation.n
Solid hands-on experience with Playwright and TypeScript in enterprise-scale projects.n
Proven experience building automation frameworks from scratch and defining automation solutions.n
Practical experience working with AWS cloud services.n
Solid experience in CI/CD pipeline implementation and DevOps integration.n
Expertise in SQL and PL/SQL.n
Insurance domain experience preferred.n
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and team mentoring skills.n

nThe role requires 3 days on site in the office based in Chennai weekly and the rest from home.
nThe contract is for 3 to 6 months initially.
