About the Role

We are looking for a Fleet Tracking & Operations Executive to manage real-time tracking and operational monitoring of bus trips. The role involves monitoring buses through GPS, tracking fuel consumption, coordinating with drivers, and ensuring smooth and productive trip operations.

The ideal candidate should be comfortable working with GPS tracking systems, handling multiple vehicles, maintaining operational records, and coordinating with drivers in real time.

Key Responsibilities

- Monitor live bus movements and trips through GPS tracking systems .
- Track bus locations, routes, trip timings, stoppages, and deviations.
- Monitor and maintain records of fuel consumption and fuel efficiency for buses.
- Coordinate with drivers regarding routes, schedules, delays, stoppages, and trip-related issues.
- Follow up with drivers to ensure buses are operating according to the assigned schedule and route.
- Identify and report unusual delays, route deviations, excessive stoppages, or other operational concerns.




- Maintain daily records of bus trips, GPS movements, fuel consumption, and operational activities .
- Coordinate with the operations team to resolve day-to-day fleet-related issues.
- Prepare daily/weekly reports and MIS related to fleet movement and fuel consumption.
- Escalate breakdowns, accidents, delays, or other critical issues to the concerned team.
- Ensure proper coordination between drivers and the operations team for smooth trip execution.
- Monitor overall fleet performance and highlight discrepancies to management.

Candidate Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in fleet tracking, transport operations, logistics, GPS monitoring, or a similar role.
- Experience in bus/vehicle tracking and driver coordination will be preferred.
- Hands-on experience with GPS tracking systems/software .
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and maintaining operational reports.
- Basic understanding of fuel consumption and vehicle mileage .
- Candidates with experience in transportation, fleet management, bus operations, logistics, or travel companies will be preferred.
