Fit-Out Engineer – Interior Firm - MUMBAI

Location: Thane & Mira Road

We are looking for a Fit-Out Engineer to supervise and coordinate site execution for interior and finishing projects.

Key Responsibilities:

- Supervise day-to-day interior, fit-out, civil and finishing works.
- Coordinate contractors, subcontractors, vendors and site teams.
- Ensure execution as per approved drawings, specifications, quality standards and timelines.
- Supervise false ceiling, gypsum, partitions, flooring, tiling, painting, carpentry and other interior works.
- Monitor manpower, materials and daily site progress.
- Conduct quality checks and resolve site-level execution issues.
- Maintain daily progress reports and site documentation.

Requirements:





- Diploma/B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
- 3–4 years of relevant site experience in interior/fit-out, finishing or construction projects.
- Good knowledge of interior execution, drawings and site coordination.
- RCC/civil construction experience will be an added advantage.
- Strong communication, coordination and problem-solving skills.
