Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A;) role based in Chandigarh. The FP&A; professional will develop and maintain financial models, prepare budgeting and forecasting reports, and analyze financial performance against targets. Day-to-day responsibilities include tracking key financial metrics, preparing variance and profitability analyses, and supporting leadership with data-driven insights for decision-making.

The role also involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to align financial plans with operational and strategic goals,



improving financial processes, and contributing to long-term business planning.

Qualifications

- Strong foundation in Finance and Financial Planning, with experience supporting business decision-making.
- Advanced Analytical Skills, including proficiency in interpreting financial data and presenting clear insights.
- Hands-on experience in Budgeting & Forecasting, with the ability to manage annual and periodic planning cycles.
- Proficiency in Financial Modeling, including scenario analysis and sensitivity testing.
- Relevant academic background in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or a related field.
- Proficiency in spreadsheet tools (e.g., Excel or Google Sheets) and familiarity with financial reporting systems.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with technical and non-technical teams.
- Attention to detail, reliability in managing deadlines, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
