Role Overview

We are looking for an ambitious and detail-oriented NDIS Billing & Financial Operations Associate to join our growing team. You will support end-to-end claiming workflows, participant budget tracking, and management accounting reconciliations for our Australian care provider portfolio.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist in processing and reconciling NDIA, Plan-Managed, and Self-Managed billing schedules.
- Investigate and resolve claiming error codes, funding discrepancies, and participant budget utilization bottlenecks.
- Support SCHADS Award payroll audits, timesheet verification, and award rate calculations.




- Maintain clean data synchronization between rostering systems (Nightingale, eZaango, ShiftCare) and cloud accounting engines (Xero/MYOB).
- Assist in preparing monthly management reporting packs and variance analysis.

Requirements & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or semi-qualified CMA / CA / Inter.
- Solid analytical mindset with high proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).
- High attention to detail and ability to work in Australian business hours (AWST/AEST).
- Prior exposure to Australian bookkeeping, Xero, or NDIS/healthcare billing is advantageous but not mandatory (comprehensive training provided).
