Role Description The Financial Accountant is a full-time, on-site role based in Kakori, responsible for managing day-to-day financial operations for KNK Awadh. This role includes preparing and reviewing financial statements, maintaining accurate ledgers, and ensuring timely financial reporting in line with internal policies and regulatory requirements.

The Financial

Accountant will use accounting software to process invoices, reconcile accounts, monitor cash flow, and support budgeting and forecasting activities. The role involves performing analytical reviews of financial data, assisting with cost control and profitability analysis,



and collaborating with management to provide financial insights that support business decisions. The individual will also help maintain compliance with tax and statutory obligations and support internal audits as needed.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong knowledge of Finance and Financial Reporting, with the ability to interpret and present financial data clearly.
- Candidates should possess expertise in preparing and analyzing Financial Statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
- Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills to review financial performance, identify variances, and support data-driven decisions.
- Candidates should possess proficiency with Accounting Software and related tools for recording transactions, reconciling accounts, and generating reports.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; professional certification (such as CA, CMA, or equivalent) is an advantage.
- Strong attention to detail, numerical accuracy, and ability to meet deadlines in a rapid-paced environment.
- Good written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with operational and management teams.
- Prior experience in a service or hospitality-focused business is beneficial but not mandatory.
