Role Description The Financial Advisor is a full-time hybrid role based in Udupi, with flexibility for some work-from-home arrangements. This role involves meeting with clients to assess their financial goals, current financial situation, and risk tolerance, then developing comprehensive financial plans.

The Financial

Advisor will provide guidance on investments, retirement planning, and overall wealth management, while monitoring client portfolios and recommending adjustments as needed. Daily responsibilities include preparing financial reports, conducting market and product research, maintaining accurate client records, and communicating complex financial concepts in clear, accessible language. The role also requires collaborating with internal stakeholders, adhering to regulatory and compliance standards,



and proactively identifying opportunities to enhance client financial outcomes.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess skills in Financial Planning and Retirement Planning to design holistic, goal-based strategies for clients.
- Candidates should possess strong Finance and Investments skills to analyze products, evaluate risk, and recommend suitable investment options.
- Candidates should possess Financial Advisory skills to deliver client-focused guidance, ongoing portfolio reviews, and personalized recommendations.
- Relevant academic background such as a degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field; professional certifications (e.g., CFP, CFA, or equivalent) are an advantage.
- Strong analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving abilities, with attention to detail and high ethical standards.
