About Oven Men

Oven Men is a growing brand based in Patna. We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Accountant to manage day-to-day accounting operations, Tally entries, banking activities, and financial documentation.

Key Responsibilities

- Maintain day-to-day accounting records in Tally
- Record sales, purchases, expenses, receipts, payments, and journal entries
- Maintain and reconcile bank accounts and bank statements
- Handle day-to-day banking-related work , including payments, transfers, cheque deposits, and other banking activities
- Perform Bank Reconciliation Statements (BRS)
- Maintain cash and petty cash records
- Track receivables and payables
- Prepare and maintain invoices, bills, vouchers, and other accounting documents
- Coordinate with the bank, vendors, suppliers, and other external parties when required
- Assist with GST, TDS, and other statutory accounting requirements
- Maintain proper records and documentation for audits and tax filings
- Prepare basic financial reports and statements for management
- Ensure all accounting entries and documents are accurate and up to date
- Assist management with any other finance and accounting-related work as required

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Commerce / Accounting / Finance preferred




- 1–3 years of relevant accounting experience preferred
- Strong working knowledge of Tally / Tally Prime
- Good understanding of basic accounting principles
- Experience with bank reconciliation and banking operations
- Basic knowledge of GST and TDS
- Good knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of financial information
- Good communication and organizational skills
- Should be comfortable handling routine banking and office-related accounting work
