Role Description This is a full time, on-site Finance Treasurer role based in Gurugram.

The Finance

Treasurer will manage the organization’s cash flow, liquidity, and banking relationships, ensuring adequate funds for trading operations and project commitments.

Responsibilities include monitoring daily cash positions, overseeing fund transfers, optimizing working capital, and managing short-term investments and financing arrangements. The role will involve preparing treasury reports, analyzing foreign exchange exposure, supporting risk management strategies,



and ensuring compliance with internal controls and regulatory requirements.

The Finance

Treasurer will collaborate closely with finance, procurement, and senior leadership to support strategic decisions, improve financial efficiency, and maintain accurate records for audits and internal reviews.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong cash management and liquidity planning skills, including experience with cash flow forecasting and working capital optimization.
- Candidates should possess skills in treasury operations and banking relationship management, including handling fund transfers, credit facilities, and trade finance instruments.
- Candidates should possess financial analysis and reporting skills, including proficiency in creating treasury reports, variance analyses, and management dashboards.
- Candidates should possess risk management and compliance skills, including understanding of foreign exchange exposure, hedging concepts, internal controls, and relevant financial regulations.
- Relevant qualifications such as a bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics, or a related field; professional certifications (e.g., CFA, CTP, CA, MBA in Finance) are advantageous.
- Proficiency in ERP and financial systems, advanced MS Excel skills, and familiarity with banking and trade finance platforms.
- Strong numerical aptitude, attention to detail, and ability to work in a fast-paced trading and industrial environment.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to coordinate with cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders.
