About The Role We are seeking an experienced Accountant / Auditor to join our agile team on a contract basis. This role offers a unique opportunity to leverage your extensive financial expertise in a cutting-edge environment focused on AI training and evaluation projects.

As part of our team, you will be responsible for reviewing and analyzing financial statements, models, and audit procedures, providing valuable feedback to improve AI systems' understanding of complex financial data. This position is fully remote, allowing you to work from anywhere while engaging in high-impact projects that shape the future of financial AI applications. No prior AI experience is necessary; your accounting knowledge, audit experience, and attention to detail are the primary qualifications for success in this role.

Qualifications The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of five years of professional experience in accounting, financial reporting, auditing, or tax compliance.



Strong knowledge of generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP), International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS), and international financial reporting standards is essential.

Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, financial modeling, and analysis is required, along with proven experience conducting audits and preparing audit documentation for diverse organizations. Candidates should demonstrate a solid understanding of internal controls, financial reporting, and tax compliance, complemented by excellent analytical, problem-solving, and financial reasoning skills. Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, with a keen eye for detail, are crucial.

The ability to work independently in a fully remote environment is a must.

Responsibilities

- Review and evaluate financial statements for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with GAAP or IFRS standards.
- Develop, review, and validate financial models utilizing advanced Excel functions and analytical techniques.
- Assess audit procedures, internal controls, and financial documentation to ensure accuracy and reliability.
- Analyze tax compliance documentation and verify adherence to applicable regulations and standards.
- Prepare comprehensive reports summarizing financial findings, analyses, and actionable recommendations.

- Contribute realistic financial scenarios, case studies, and evaluation materials to support AI training and development.
- Provide constructive feedback on financial reporting practices, audit methodologies, and accounting procedures to improve AI performance.
- Collaborate with project teams to uphold high standards of financial accuracy, consistency, and quality assurance across all deliverables.
