About the Role

We are looking for a Junior Accountant to support day-to-day accounting, payroll processing, statutory compliance, and financial operations. The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable handling financial and employee-related records.

Key Responsibilities

- Support monthly payroll processing, including attendance, salary inputs, deductions, reimbursements, and other payroll components.
- Maintain accurate employee payroll records and coordinate with HR for payroll inputs.
- Handle PF & ESI registrations and maintain employee registration-related records and documentation.
- Support monthly PF, ESI, PT, TDS, and other applicable statutory compliance activities.
- Prepare and issue customer invoices based on approved billing data.
- Record receipts, update ledgers, and support collection follow-ups.
- Process vendor payments,



reimbursements, and petty cash entries.
- Assist with GST and TDS compliance and maintain supporting documentation.
- Support bank/vendor reconciliations, audits, and preparation of finance-related reports.
- Coordinate with HR and Finance teams for payroll, statutory compliance, and employee-related financial requirements.

Skills & Qualifications

- B.Com or equivalent with 1–3 years of experience in accounting/payroll.
- Hands-on experience with Tally, Zoho, or other accounting/payroll software.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets.
- Understanding of accounting, payroll, GST, TDS, PF & ESI processes.
- Basic understanding of statutory compliance and payroll documentation.
- Strong attention to detail, accuracy, confidentiality, and adherence to timelines.
- Positive communication and coordination skills.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
