About the Company

SUIND is an autonomy-first aerial robotics company building reliable, scalable near-earth drone systems that operate in complex, real-world environments; farms, plantations, infrastructure sites and industrial assets where GPS is unreliable and conditions are demanding. Our enterprise platform Bumblebee is DGCA type-certified and already in commercial deployment, and we are actively developing our next platform for inspection and aerial intelligence. Backed by recent seed funding and recognised as a DPIIT startup, we are a small, multidisciplinary team spanning core autonomy, embedded systems, field operations and manufacturing.

The work is hard, interdisciplinary and deeply hands-on, building technology from India for global-scale markets.

About the Role

We are looking for a Finance & MIS Associate / Assistant Manager to work closely with our Head of Finance as we build out our finance systems for the company's next stage of growth. This is not just a bookkeeping role, you will help design and implement the processes, tools and reporting that support accounting, compliance, MIS, banking and business reporting. You will have the autonomy to own day-to-day operations and the opportunity to work directly with leadership in a fast-growing deep-tech company.

- Working Hours: Core hours 10:00–18:00, approximately 42 hours a week
- Notice Period: Up to 45 days; 15-30 days preferred.

Responsibilities

- Own and run day-to-day accounting and finance operations.
- Process vendor invoices, payment documentation and expense tracking.




- Support GST, TDS, payroll and statutory compliance preparation.
- Handle bank reconciliations, accounting entries and banking interactions.
- Prepare monthly MIS, budget-versus-actual tracking and cash-flow reports for investors and the board.
- Maintain trackers for receivables, payables, purchase orders and collections.
- Coordinate with operations and manufacturing teams on inventory and production-related finance records.
- Support audit schedules, due-diligence data and investor reporting.
- Help implement and adopt new finance automation tools, replicating or improving existing processes.
- Coordinate with vendors, consultants, auditors and internal teams on finance documentation.

Qualifications

- 2+ years of relevant experience in finance, accounting, audit, MIS or business finance (articleship plus early experience welcome).

Required Skills

- Practical problem-solving judgment; the ability to handle real, ambiguous scenarios, not just cite rules.
- Positive understanding of accounting fundamentals, GST, TDS, invoices and reconciliations.
- Strong Excel / Google Sheets skills and comfort with Tally.
- Proactive, clear communication and the confidence to flag issues early.
- Attention to detail and documentation discipline.

Preferred Skills

- Experience at a startup, manufacturing, hardware, drone, robotics or technology company.
- Comfort in Kannada and Hindi in addition to English.
- Exposure to inventory accounting or project-based cost tracking.
- Experience supporting audits, due diligence or investor MIS.
- Curiosity and initiative to learn the business beyond assigned tasks.
