Role Overview:

We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Finance Manager with 3+ years of hands-on experience in financial operations, reporting, and strategic planning. The ideal candidate will bring a strong command of financial systems (preferably Zoho Finance Suite or similar ERP tools), statutory compliance, and business partnering to drive financial excellence across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

Financial Operations & Reporting

- Oversee daily finance operations including accounts payable/receivable, bank reconciliations,

journals, and general ledger management.
- Prepare and present monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, MIS reports, and variance

analysis.
- Drive accuracy and timeliness in month-end and year-end closing activities.

Budgeting & Forecasting

- Lead the annual budgeting and forecasting process in coordination with business unit heads.
- Monitor actuals vs budget and highlight critical deviations with actionable insights.
- Develop cash flow projections, working capital analysis, and cost control initiatives.

Compliance & Audit

- Ensure statutory compliance with tax laws (GST, TDS, Income Tax)



and regulatory frameworks.
- Liaise with internal and external auditors for audits, filings, and financial due diligence.
- Maintain and enforce strong internal control systems.

Systems & Automation

- Manage and optimize finance workflows through Zoho Books, Zoho Payroll, Zoho Expense, or similar

ERP tools.
- Evaluate and implement automation tools to improve reporting efficiency and compliance tracking.

Qualifications & Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, or related field (CA/ICWA/MBA-Finance preferred).
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a core finance function.
- Proficient in Zoho Finance Suite, Tally, or other ERP systems.
- Strong understanding of Indian accounting standards, taxation, and compliance.
- Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management abilities.

Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹90,000.00 per month
