We are looking for a smart, detail-oriented Finance & Lending Operations Manager to join our growing Canadian financial services business.

This is a 100% work-from-home position based in India, but the successful candidate must be comfortable working according to Toronto, Canada, business hours.

The ideal candidate should have a good understanding of accounting, finance, taxation, and lending/credit concepts. You will work with our Canadian team and assist in reviewing financial information, understanding borrower profiles, analyzing documents, and supporting lending-related operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Review and understand financial documents, bank statements and income documents
- Analyze basic financial statements, including Balance Sheet and Profit & Loss statements
- Understand salaried and self-employed income
- Review personal and business tax-related documents
- Assist with loan and mortgage application analysis
- Calculate and analyze income, liabilities, cash flow and debt obligations
- Review credit and lending information
- Organize and verify documents received from clients
- Assist the underwriting and operations team with lending files
- Maintain accurate records and follow internal processes
- Communicate professionally with the Canadian team during Toronto working hours

Required Knowledge & Skills Candidates should have knowledge or experience in several of the following areas:

- Accounting

- Credit Analysis
- Financial Statement Analysis
- Personal & Business Income Analysis




- Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets

Canadian mortgage experience is NOT mandatory. Training on Canadian mortgage and lending processes will be provided. However, candidates must have strong financial fundamentals and be willing to learn.

Preferred Qualifications

B.Com. / M.Com. / BBA / MBA Finance / CA Inter / CMA / Accounting or Finance-related education

Candidates with previous experience in banks, NBFCs, accounting firms, tax firms, loan processing, credit underwriting, financial services, or mortgage companies will be preferred.

Working Hours

This position requires working according to the Toronto, Canada, time zone. Candidates must be comfortable with evening/night working hours in India and should have a reliable computer, a high-speed internet connection, and a professional work-from-home setting.
