Blynk Virtual Technologies Private Limited, operating under the brand BlynkEx, is a Bhopal-based technology company engaged in virtual digital asset trading and settlement. We operate 24/7 with a team of 35+ and are now strengthening our finance function with an experienced Finance Manager.

Role Overview

We are looking for a hands-on Finance Manager to independently manage accounting, taxation, statutory compliance, reconciliations and MIS, while leading the accounts team.

Key Responsibilities

- Maintain and finalise books of accounts in Tally Prime, including ledger scrutiny, monthly closing, P&L; and balance sheet.
- Manage GST compliance including GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, GSTR-2B reconciliation, GSTR-9 support and departmental notices.
- Handle TDS compliance, including deductions, deposits, 24Q/26Q returns, Form 16/16A and TRACES-related matters.
- Manage payroll statutory compliance including EPF, ESIC and Professional Tax.
- Perform bank, vendor and platform settlement reconciliations and manage payment schedules.
- Prepare monthly MIS reports covering revenue, costs, margins and expense variances.




- Maintain the statutory compliance calendar and ensure timely filings.
- Lead, allocate and review work of the finance/accounts team.
- Coordinate statutory audits and support ROC and other regulatory requirements.

Requirements

- B.Com/M.Com; CA Inter, CMA Inter or MBA (Finance) preferred.
- 3–15 years of relevant accounting and finance experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
- Strong hands-on expertise in Tally Prime/Tally ERP 9 and accounting finalisation.
- Independent experience with GST Portal and TRACES.
- Advanced Excel skills, including Pivot Tables, Lookups and high-volume reconciliations.
- Good working knowledge of EPF, ESIC and Professional Tax.
- Fluent in Hindi with good working English.

Preferred: Experience in fintech, exchange, NBFC, broking or virtual digital assets, including knowledge of Section 194S and Section 115BBH. Experience with Tally-to-ERP migration is an added advantage.

Compensation

₹30,000 – ₹45,000 per month, depending on experience and suitability.
