About the Role

- We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Chartered Accountant (CA) to lead
- client accounting operations, manage compliance activities, and provide strategic financial
- guidance. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, extensive accounting
- knowledge, and the ability to manage multiple client engagements while ensuring accuracy,
- compliance, and operational excellence.

Key Roles & Responsibilities

1. Client Accounting & Financial Management

- Oversee end-to-end accounting operations for multiple clients.
- Review and finalize books of accounts, financial statements, and management reports.
- Ensure accurate recording and reconciliation of financial transactions.
- Monitor cash flow, budgeting, and financial performance for clients.
- Provide financial insights and recommendations to improve business efficiency and profitability.

2. Compliance & Regulatory Management

- Ensure timely compliance with GST, TDS, Income Tax, ROC, and other statutory requirements.
- Review tax filings, returns, and compliance documentation.
- Stay updated on changes in accounting standards, taxation laws, and regulatory requirements.
- Coordinate with auditors, regulatory authorities, and other stakeholders as required.
- Conduct periodic compliance reviews and risk assessments.

3. Team Leadership & Management

- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of accountants, tax professionals,



and finance executives.
- Allocate work, monitor performance, and ensure timely completion of deliverables.
- Conduct regular team reviews and provide constructive feedback.
- Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous learning.
- Drive process improvements and operational efficiency within the team.

4. Client Relationship Management

- Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients.
- Build and maintain strong professional relationships with clients.
- Understand client requirements and provide proactive financial and compliance solutions.
- Ensure high levels of client satisfaction through timely and quality service delivery.
- Handle escalations and resolve complex accounting and compliance matters.

5. Advisory & Strategic Support

- Provide guidance on taxation, financial planning, and business structuring.
- Assist clients with financial analysis, forecasting, and decision-making.
- Support management in developing and implementing best financial practices.
- Identify opportunities for process automation and operational improvements.

6. Team Guidance & Training

- Train and mentor junior team members on accounting, taxation, and compliance matters.
- Conduct knowledge-sharing sessions and technical workshops.
- Review team work to ensure accuracy and adherence to quality standards.
- Support professional development and skill enhancement initiatives. Required Qualifications
- Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification is mandatory.
- Solid knowledge of Accounting Standards, GST, TDS, Income Tax, and Corporate Compliance.
- Proficiency in Tally, Zoho Books, QuickBooks, MS Excel, and accounting software.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Strong leadership and stakeholder management abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple clients and deadlines effectively.
- Process improvement and team management experience.

Pay: ₹70,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
