Finance Data Analyst (MIS Reporting) As a Finance Data Analyst at Headphone Zone, you'll turn financial data into insights helping us run a healthy, profitable, and sustainable business. You'll work closely with our Finance and Operations teams building reports, automating dashboards, analysing trends, and supporting better decision-making across the company.

What You'll Do

- Collect, analyse, and interpret financial data to generate daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports
- Build dashboards and financial models to support leadership decision-making
- Maintain and update financial databases, ensuring data accuracy and consistency
- Automate financial reporting processes using Excel, Power BI, or SQL
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis processes
- Identify trends, anomalies, and actionable insights to drive business performance
- Collaborate with Finance, Operations, and other teams to streamline reporting and data flow
- Monitor key financial metrics revenue, margins, costs, profitability, working capital, and cash flow health

What Were Looking For

- Freshers are welcome; we love hiring proactive freshers, or even better, 12 years of experience in finance, MIS, or data analysis




- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Ability to turn financial data into clear, actionable insights and communicate them well
- Proficiency in MS Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, Macros)
- Familiarity with tools like SQL, Power BI, Tableau, or similar (nice to have)
