MatTrade Resources Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced Finance Controller to lead our Finance & Accounts function and drive financial governance, compliance, reporting, and strategic financial management.

? Location: Sector 74A, Gurugram

? Employment Type: Full time | Permanent

? Qualification: Chartered Accountant (CA) – Mandatory

? Experience: 5–7 years post-qualification experience

Key Responsibilities

- Lead monthly, quarterly & annual book closure and financial reporting
- Ensure statutory compliance – GST, TDS, Income Tax, ROC & Companies Act
- Manage statutory, tax, internal & GST audits
- Oversee cash flow, working capital and liquidity management
- Drive KPI/MIS reporting, budgeting, forecasting and variance analysis
- Support corporate finance, banking, fundraising and financial planning
- Lead and mentor the Finance & Accounts team
- Strengthen internal controls and drive process improvements & automation
