Role Description In this full-time, on-site role based in Canada, the Finance Business Partner will collaborate closely with operational and leadership teams to support strategic and financial decision-making. The role involves preparing and analyzing financial reports, developing budgets and forecasts, and monitoring financial performance against plans.

The Finance Business

Partner will be responsible for providing financial insights, supporting business planning, and advising on cost optimization and revenue enhancement opportunities. The role also includes ensuring compliance with internal financial policies,



supporting the preparation of management presentations, and contributing to continuous improvement of financial processes and tools.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Finance and Financial Reporting skills to manage budgets, forecasts, and performance analysis.
- Candidates should possess Financial Planning and Business Planning skills to support strategic initiatives and long-term growth.
- Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills to interpret data, identify trends, and present actionable insights.
- Relevant academic qualification in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (e.g., bachelor’s degree or higher).
- Professional certifications such as CA, CMA, CFA, or MBA in Finance are an advantage.
- Experience working as a finance partner to business teams, preferably in consulting, services, or related sectors.
- Proficiency in financial modeling, MS Excel, and standard accounting or ERP software.
- Robust communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work collaboratively on-site.
